Passion Expresso
This cocktail with alcohol is composed of rum, espresso coffee and passion fruit. Tonka bean gives it a unique and delicious aroma.
Ingredients
- 4 cl amber rum
- 10 cl semi-skimmed milk
- 2 cl passion fruit puree (Monin)
- 2 cl tonka bean syrup
- 10 cl espresso coffee
Preparation steps
- Pour coffee and let cool
- In a shaker half filled with ice, put all the ingredients except the milk
- Shake energetically.
- Filter through a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes
- Froth the milk with a frother
- Pour milk into glass
