Coco Surprise
Fun cocktail with rum, coconut and vanilla bean.
Ingredients
- Dark rum
- 1 Coconut
- 1/2 Vanilla bean
Preparation steps
- Drill two holes in the coconut’s eye position using a drill.
- Collect and keep the coconut water cool.
- Fill the coconut with rum, using a funnel.
- Split a pod in half in its length and place it in a part of the coconut.
- Fill the holes in the coconut, using a small cap for example.
- Wrap it in a food film.
- Let macerate at room temperature for about 1 month.
- Refrigerate 3 days before serving.
Decoration: Add a straw to one of the holes, the coconut then serves as a container.
