Full-bodied cocktail with old rum, vanilla and lemon.
- 4 cl of very old rum
- 2 cl Vanilla syrup
- 1/2 Fresh lemon
- Wash and dice the 1/2 lemon.
- Add the diced lemon and vanilla syrup to a tipunch glass.
- Pound with a cocktail muddler.
- Add some ice cubes.
- Pour in the rum.
- With a spoon, stir from bottom to top.
Decoration: Add a slice of lime and a vanilla pod.
