Mango smoothie

A very good mango smoothie and some fresh mint leaves.


Ingredients

  • 1 jar of yogurt
  • 1 bag of green tea
  • 1.5 kg of large mangoes
  • A bunch of mint
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla Sugar

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and dice the mangoes.
  2. Add them to a blender with the yogurt, mint leaves, tea bag and a few ice cubes.
  3. Mix for a few minutes.
  4. Pour into smoothie glasses with two straws.

  5. Decoration: Add a slice of carambole to the edge of the glass.
