Mojito Auvergnate

Another variation of the classic mojito, this time based on champagne and gentian.



  • 3 cl Gentian
  • 4 cl Champagne
  • 1.5 cl Cane syrup
  • 1 piece fresh lemon
  • 4 Fresh mint leaf

Preparation steps

  1. In a mojito glass, add the mint leaves, cane syrup and lemon wedge.
  2. Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
  3. Add the gentian and champagne.
  4. Mix with a spoon.
  5. Add some crushed ice.

  6. Decoration: Add a head of mint and a slice of yellow lemon.
