Another variation of the classic mojito, this time based on champagne and gentian.
- 3 cl Gentian
- 4 cl Champagne
- 1.5 cl Cane syrup
- 1 piece fresh lemon
- 4 Fresh mint leaf
- In a mojito glass, add the mint leaves, cane syrup and lemon wedge.
- Gently crush with a cocktail muddler.
- Add the gentian and champagne.
- Mix with a spoon.
- Add some crushed ice.
Decoration: Add a head of mint and a slice of yellow lemon.
