Pink Mojito
With its powdered pink color, mojito is a fresh and fruity variation of the classic cocktail. Rum is replaced by rosé port which makes a cool, fruity and refreshing drink. It is ideal for sunny evenings.
Ingredients
- 5 cl Port rosé
- 1/2 Fresh lemon
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
Preparation steps
- Add the mint leaves, half lemon and brown sugar to a cocktail glass.
- Pound with a pestle.
- Add some crushed ice.
- Pour in the rosé port.
- Mix from bottom to top with a spoon.
Decoration: Add a head of fresh mint.
