Sweet caïpi
Fruity cocktail based on gentian, blue curaçao, cane syrup and fresh lemon.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Gentian
- 2 cl blue Curaçao
- 2 cl cane syrup
- 1/2 Fresh lemon
Preparation steps
- Wash and dice the half lemon.
- Add it with the cane syrup to a cocktail glass.
- Pound with a cocktail muddler.
- Add some crushed ice.
- Pour in the curaçao and the gentian.
- Mix with a spoon.
Decoration: Add a slice of lemon.
