Sweet caïpi

Fruity cocktail based on gentian, blue curaçao, cane syrup and fresh lemon.


  • 4 cl Gentian
  • 2 cl blue Curaçao
  • 2 cl cane syrup
  • 1/2 Fresh lemon

Preparation steps

  1. Wash and dice the half lemon.
  2. Add it with the cane syrup to a cocktail glass.
  3. Pound with a cocktail muddler.
  4. Add some crushed ice.
  5. Pour in the curaçao and the gentian.
  6. Mix with a spoon.

  7. Decoration: Add a slice of lemon.
