A simple daiquiri to make with the Maison la Mauny pineapple
Ingredients
- 5 cl Maison La Mauny pineapple 25%
- 2 cl Lime juice
- 1/2 cl Cane syrup
Preparation steps
- Add the lemon juice, cane syrup and rum to a shaker.
- Put some ice on it.
- Shake energetically.
- Filter the preparation so that only the juice passes through.
- Serve in a cocktail glass.
Decoration: Add a small piece of pineapple
