Mango margarita
A variation of margarita with mango served in a frosted cocktail glass with spices
Ingredients
- 600 g ripe mangoes in cubes
- 25cl of tequila
- 16cl lime juice
- 16 cl triple sec
- 3 cuillère à soupe de sucre en poudre
- 1/4 lime
- Mixture of salt and paprika
Preparation steps
- Pass a quarter of lime on the edge of the cocktail glass and dip the edges in the fine salt and fine paprika to frost it
- In a blender put the mango, tequila, lemon juice, triple dry and sugar
- Mix the whole
- Pour into frosted glass with ice cubes
