Angel Face
A cocktail of international barmen associations ( IBA ) based on gin, calvados and apricot liqueur
Ingredients
- 1/3 of gin
- 1/3 of Calvados
- 1/3 apricot brandy
Preparation steps
- Shake all liquids in a shaker half filled with ice
- Filter and serve in a cocktail glass
- Serve with a slice of apple on the edge of the glass
