Very fruity and so good purple smoothie! To taste without moderation!


  • 50 g Raspberries
  • 50 g Strawberries
  • 50 g Blueberries
  • 50 g Blackberries
  • 1 Plain yogurt

Preparation steps

  1. Wash the red fruit.
  2. Remove the stems and cut the strawberries in half.
  3. Place the fruit in a blender with the yogurt.
  4. Mixez plusieurs secondes.
  5. Pour into a smoothie glass.

  6. Decoration: Add a few fruits of your choice
