A spicy recipe based on tomato, tequila and orange juice. The Vampiro is registered at the IBA since 2011. An ideal cocktail to celebrate Halloween

Ingredients

  • 5 cl Tequila
  • 7 cl tomato juice
  • 3 cl fresh orange juice
  • 1 cl lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon liquid honey
  • 1/2 slice onion
  • A few drops of Tabasco
  • A few drops of Worchestershire sauce
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation steps

  1. Chop the onion as thinly as possible
  2. In a shaker filled with 3/4 ice cubes, put all the ingredients
  3. Shake
  4. Filter through a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes
  5. Add a lime wedge for decoration
