A non-alcoholic drink with tonic and a hot espresso

Ingredients

  • 125 ml of tonic type schweppes or other
  • 125 ml hot espresso
  • 1 zest of lemon

Preparation steps

  1. Half fill a glass of ice
  2. Add the fresh tonic
  3. Stir a little
  4. Gently pour the hot coffee over the ice cubes
  5. Add a lemon zest on top
