A variant of gin and tonic, simply by adding Yuzu juice, this acidic citrus fruit native to Asia.

- 4cl Gin
- 4cl of yuzu juice
- Tonic
Preparation steps
- Add ice to a glass of wine.
- Sprinkle the gin and yuzu.
- Fill with the tonic
Decoration : Add the zest of a yuzu and mint leaves
