Ingredients

  • 6 cl Red Saint Raphaël
  • 2 cl gentian
  • 2 cl gin
  • 1orange zest or wedge

Preparation steps

  1. Fill an old fashioned glass with ice.
  2. Pour in all the ingredients.
  3. Mix with a spoon.

    4. Decoration : Add a zest of orange.
