Ingredients
- a large handful of frozen red fruit
- Half a pink grapefruit
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon cane sugar
Preparation steps
- Peel the grapefruit, taking care to remove the white part between the skin and the fruit (mesocarp)
- Put all the ingredients in a blender
- Mix until a homogeneous mixture
