Azuleja tatin
Fruity cocktail with white port, apple juice and caramel syrup.
Ingredients
- 5 cl white port
- 5 cl Apple juice
- 1 cl Caramel syrup
Preparation steps
- Fill a shaker half full of ice.
- Versez le porto blanc, le jus de pomme et le sirop de caramel.
- Shake energetically.
- Filter and serve in a cocktail glass.
Decoration: Add a few apple slices.
