Fruity cocktail with white port, pear nectar and caramel syrup.
- 5 cl white port
- 5 cl pear nectar
- 1 cl Caramel syrup
- Fill a shaker half full of ice.
- Pour in the white port, pear nectar and caramel syrup.
- Shake energetically.
- Filter and serve in a cocktail glass.
Decoration: Add a few apple slices.
