Beet Smoothie
Antioxidant and refreshing beetroot smoothie.
Ingredients
- 2 glasses of orange juice
- 250 g Red beets (cooked)
- 2 tablespoon of Semolina Sugar
- Orange slices
Preparation steps
- Peel and dice the beets.
- Add them in a blender with the orange juice and sugar (depending on your taste).
- Mix for two minutes.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add a slice of orange.
Tip: If you don’t like the smoothie’s consistency, add orange juice.
