Cucumber and Radish Beet Smoothie
Very complete smoothie, full of vitamins with beet, cucumber and radish.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 tablespoon Chives
- 1 handful of radishes
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 5 stirred yoghurt
- 1 Cucumber
- 60 g Sugar
- 2 Cooked red beets
Preparation steps
- Peel, seed and slice the cucumber.
- Peel and dice the beets.
- Add the vegetables to a blender with the yogurt and herbs.
- Add salt, sugar and lemon juice.
- Mix several seconds.
- Couvrir et réserver au moins 1 heure.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
