Frozen Strawberry and Fresh Mint Margarita

The sweetness of fresh strawberries combined with the subtle acidity of tequila and lime juice, all enhanced with a hint of strawberry jam and fresh mint. A refreshing treat in every sip! Ingredients
- 500g fresh strawberries, hulled
- 250ml tequila
- 180ml fresh lime juice
- 160g strawberry jam + extra for garnish
- 60ml triple sec
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 3 to 4 cups of ice cubes
- Margarita salt for garnish
- 4 lime slices for garnish
- 2 additional strawberries for garnish
Preparation steps
- In a blender, add your prepared strawberries, tequila, lime juice, strawberry jam, triple sec, mint leaves, and ice cubes.
- Blend everything until smooth.
- For the garnish, use a kitchen brush to delicately apply a little extra strawberry jam around the rim of each glass. Then, dip the rims in Margarita salt.
- Next, pour the frozen margaritas into the glasses.
- To finish, add a fresh lime slice and half a strawberry on top of each glass.
