Lime fizz
A non-alcoholic refreshing drink with sparkling water, lime softens with orgeat syrup.
Ingredients
- 1/2 lime
- 1 teaspoon of orgeat syrup
- Sparkling water
- A head of mint
- A small band of cucumber
Preparation steps
- In a glass containing a few ice cubes, squeeze the lime juice
- Pour in the orgeat syrup
- Extend with sparkling water
- Stir gently with a spoon.
- Roll cucumber strip to hold in skewer with mint head
