Lychee Summer Infusion

- 4 cl of Caraïbos Aloe Si cocktail
- 7 cl of Mint-infused green tea
- 2.5 cl of Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 4 Lychees
- 3 Raspberries
- Prepare mint-infused green tea following the instructions on your tea bag. Allow it to steep for 3 to 5 minutes, then set it aside to cool.
- In a glass, place a few ice cubes or crushed ice according to your preference.
- Pour the Aloe Si over the ice.
- Next, add the cooled mint-infused green tea.
- Incorporate the freshly squeezed lime juice and gently mix everything together.
- Rinse and remove the stems from the lychees and raspberries.
- Cut the lychees in half or into quarters, depending on their size.
- Add the lychee pieces and whole raspberries to the glass.
- Stir gently to ensure the fruits blend well with the cocktail.
- For a finishing touch, garnish with a fresh mint leaf, lightly crushed between your fingers to release its aroma.
