Mint Litchi Punch
Refreshing alcohol-free cocktail with lychee and mint.
Ingredients
- 12 cl Litchis syrup
- 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
- 5 Lychees in syrup
- 20 mint leaves
Preparation steps
- Add the litchis, litchis syrup, mint leaves (except 5 leaves to keep for decoration), lemon juice and a few ice cubes in a blender.
- Mix a few seconds.
- Pour into cocktail glasses.
Decoration: Add some lychees and the 5 mint leaves
