  • 15 cl tomato juice
  • 1/2 tsp Nuoc-mâm (fish sauce)
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • A small dollop of wasabi paste
  • 6 cl vodka
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation steps

  1. In a shaker, pour all the ingredients.
  2. Shake vigorously to mix well.
  3. Taste and add garlic chili sauce if necessary to adjust the spiciness level.
  4. Fill a large glass with ice.
  5. Pour the mixture into the glass.
