  • 500 ml Carrot Juice
  • 1 Pineapple
  • Espelette pepper
  • 6 sprigs parsley

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and cut the pineapple into pieces.
  2. Add it to a blender with 2 sprigs of parsley, carrot juice and a pinch of chili pepper.
  3. Mix several seconds.
  4. Serve in cocktail glasses.
