Cucumber smoothie
Very fresh and very light smoothie, to enjoy without moderation!
Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 Lemon
- 100 g Cottage cheese
- 4 individual servings fresh cheese
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 bouquet of basil
- Salt
- Peper
Preparation steps
- Peel and slice the cucumber.
- Wash the basil and reserve only the leaves.
- In a blender, add the cucumber slices, basil leaves, squeezed lemon, cottage cheese, fresh cheese, mint, salt and pepper.
- Mix for a few minutes.
- Reserve at the covered cost.
- Serve in cocktail glasses for added elegance.
Decoration: Add a basil leaf.
