Cucumber smoothie

Very fresh and very light smoothie, to enjoy without moderation!



  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 Lemon
  • 100 g Cottage cheese
  • 4 individual servings fresh cheese
  • 10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 bouquet of basil
  • Salt
  • Peper

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  2. Wash the basil and reserve only the leaves.
  3. In a blender, add the cucumber slices, basil leaves, squeezed lemon, cottage cheese, fresh cheese, mint, salt and pepper.
  4. Mix for a few minutes.
  5. Reserve at the covered cost.
  6. Serve in cocktail glasses for added elegance.

  7. Decoration: Add a basil leaf.
