Melon, Raspberry, and Ginger Smoothie
The Melon, Raspberry, and Ginger Smoothie is a refreshing and slightly spicy variation of the original Melon and Ginger smoothie. By adding raspberries, not only does it enhance the vibrancy of the color, but it also adds a tart touch that perfectly complements the sweetness of the melon and the spiciness of the ginger. This smoothie is perfect for hot days or as an energizing mid-day beverage.
This Melon, Raspberry, and Ginger Smoothie combines the sweetness of melon with the tartness of raspberries and a hint of ginger for a result that is both exotic and refreshing. The presence of silken tofu brings a unique creaminess while making this smoothie more substantial, making it ideal for a nutritious breakfast or snack.
The fresh mint used for garnish not only adds an aesthetic touch but also imparts a fresh aroma that complements the other flavors well. Remember that you can always adjust the amount of honey and ginger to suit your taste, especially if you prefer a sweeter or spicier smoothie. Enjoy !
Ingredients
- 35 cl of almond milk
- 150 g of silken tofu
- 1 medium-sized melon
- 150 g of fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon of liquid honey
- 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder
- A few fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Preparation steps
- Start by preparing the fruits. Peel the melon, remove the seeds, and cut it into large chunks. If you are using frozen raspberries, make sure they are completely thawed.
- In the blender's bowl, add the almond milk, silken tofu, melon chunks, raspberries, honey, and ginger powder.
- Blend everything for a few seconds until you achieve a smooth and frothy consistency. If the mixture seems too thick, you can add a little more almond milk to adjust the consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into smoothie glasses.
- Decorate each glass with a sprig of fresh mint to add a touch of freshness and color.
