A surprising alcohol-free cocktail based on tonic, strawberry, honey, mint and wasabi.
- 1 L Tonic
- 13 cl Strawberry Juice
- 6 tablespoons liquid honey
- 40 fresh mint leaves
- 6 small Wasabi knife tips
- Add the mint, honey, wasabi and strawberry juice to a bowl.
- Pound with a cocktail muddler.
- Reserve a few hours in the fridge.
- When ready to serve, top with tonic.
- Add ice cubes to champagne glasses.
- Pour in the preparation.
Decoration: Add a head of mint.
