Mint pastis

Ingredients

• 3 cl de Pastis
• 2 cl Cream of mint
• 1 cl Orgeat syrup
• 1 slice lemon

Preparation steps

1. Fill a shaker half full of ice.
2. Pour in the pastis, mint cream and orgeat syrup.
3. Shake energetically.
4. Pour into a cocktail glass.
5. Put half a slice of lemon at the edge of the glass
