Red Fruit and Coconut Smoothie

Fruity smoothie, refreshing and terribly good based on red fruits.


Ingredients

  • 40 cl Coconut water
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 150 g Red Fruit

Preparation steps

  1. Add the ingredients to a blender.
  2. Mix several seconds until the preparation becomes creamy and homogeneous.
  3. Serve in smoothie glasses.

  4. Decoration: Add a bunch of red fruit.
