Red Fruit and Coconut Smoothie
Fruity smoothie, refreshing and terribly good based on red fruits.
Ingredients
- 40 cl Coconut water
- 2 teaspoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons Virgin Coconut Oil
- 150 g Red Fruit
Preparation steps
- Add the ingredients to a blender.
- Mix several seconds until the preparation becomes creamy and homogeneous.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add a bunch of red fruit.
