Sparkling gin

Ingredients
- 2 cl Triple sec
- 2 cl Gin
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- sparkling water
Preparation steps
- Add a few ice cubes to a shaker.
- Pour in the triple sec, the gin and the juice of half a lemon.
- Shake energetically.
- Serve in a cocktail glass holding the ice cubes.
- Top with cool sparkling water.
Decoration: You can frost your glass with sugar and water. Add a zest of lime and two candied cherries.
