Summer 4 Spice Smoothie
Sweet and fresh smoothie based on raspberry, melon, pear, pineapple and a touch of spices.
Ingredients
- 12 cl whipped cream
- Pineapple juice
- 1/2 Melon
- 1/2 Pear
- 250 g Raspberries
- 25 g Brown sugar
- A pinch of "4 Spices"
Preparation steps
- Wash, peel and cut the pear and melon into pieces.
- Wash the raspberries.
- Add the fruit to a blender with the cream, sugar, spices and pineapple juice.
- Mix for several seconds.
- Serve in smoothie glasses.
- Keep cool several hours before tasting.
Decoration: Add a few raspberries and a slice of pear and melon.
