Virgin Venezzio Spritz
This alcohol-free version of the Italian aperitif highlights the country’s bitter liqueurs. Venezzio Spritz is a sweeter variant of the Spritz.
Ingredients
- 5 cl Bitter without alcohol
- 5 cl Sparkling peach without alcohol
- 4 cl Orange Juice
- 5 cl Soda
- 1 sprig rosemary
Preparation steps
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Add all the ingredients except the sprig of rosemary.
- Shake energetically.
- Pour into a long drink.
Decoration: Add the sprig of rosemary to the drink
