Vitamin Juice with Blender
A good vitamin juice that will delight you all winter long! Perfect if you don’t like to bite into the fruit.
Ingredients
- Apple juice
- 2 Kiwis
- 2 handles of Strawberries
- 1 Banana
- 1 Apple
Preparation steps
- Wash, peel and dice all the fruit.
- Add them to a blender.
- Pour in the apple juice (the amount will depend on the consistency of the desired cocktail, liquid or rather unctuous).
- Mix for a few seconds.
- Pour into an old fashioned glass with a few ice cubes.
