A non-alcoholic tropical cocktail that transports you straight to the islands with its sweet and refreshing blend of mango and passion fruit, enhanced by the zest of lime and the sweetness of cane syrup.
- 7 cl of Mango Nectar
- 5 cl of Passion Fruit Nectar
- 1/4 Fresh Lime
- 1.5 cl of Cane Syrup
- 1 tsp of Grenadine Syrup (for an extra touch of color and sweetness)
- Wash and cut the quarter lime into small pieces.
- In a shaker, add the cut lime and cane syrup.
- Use a muddler to gently crush the lime and mix it with the syrup.
- Add the teaspoon of grenadine syrup.
- Fill the shaker halfway with ice.
- Incorporate the mango and passion fruit nectars.
- Close the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Strain the contents of the shaker into a cocktail glass, making sure not to let the lime pieces pass through.
- For decoration, add finely shaved zest and a fresh lime wheel on the rim of the glass.
