This non-alcoholic cocktail is a symphony of exotic flavors, harmoniously blending cranberry, guava, maracujà, and the sweetness of vanilla. The presence of cane syrup adds a sweet touch while balancing the overall taste. The vanilla pod, with its natural and enchanting aroma, transforms this mixture into an exquisite drink that evokes gentle evenings in the tropics.



  • 5 cl Cranberry Nectar
  • 5 cl Maracujà Nectar
  • 5 cl Guava Nectar
  • 1.5 cl Cane Syrup
  • 1 Vanilla Pod

Preparation steps

  1. Take a vanilla pod and split it in half lengthwise using a knife.
  2. Gently scrape the inside of the pod to extract the fragrant seeds.
  3. In a shaker, add half-filled with ice cubes.
  4. Place the vanilla seeds and the split parts of the pod into the shaker.
  5. Pour in the cranberry, maracujà, and guava nectars into the shaker.
  6. Then, add the cane syrup.
  7. Close the shaker and shake vigorously for a few seconds to thoroughly mix all the ingredients.
  8. Using a strainer, pour the mixture into a long drink glass to filter and retain only the liquid.
  9. Decoration: To add a zesty and refreshing touch, place a lemon slice on the rim of the glass or submerge it directly inside.
