Cider chimayo
Cocktail with tequila, cider and blackcurrant cream.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Tequila
- 4 cl cider
- 2 cl blackcurrant cream
- 2 cups lemon juice
Preparation steps
- Fill a shaker with ice.
- Pour the blackcurrant cream and tequila.
- Shake energetically.
- Serve in a cocktail glass holding the ice cubes.
- Top with fresh cider.
Decoration: Add a zest of lemon.
