Picon Rouge
Picon is an alcohol with a pronounced bitter taste and amber colour. Once it is mixed with lemon and grenadine syrup that brings a sweet note and a red dress, it gives a bold and balanced drink with a beautiful amber red color.
Ingredients
- 4 cl Picon
- 2 cl Lemon juice
- 1 cl Grenadine syrup
Preparation steps
- Add a few ice cubes to a shaker.
- Stir in the picon, lemon juice and grenadine syrup.
- Shake energetically.
- Shake energetically.
- Pour into a wine glass holding the ice.
Decoration: Add a slice of yellow lemon.
