Apple Juice with Thermomix

Ingredients

• 1 L Water
• 3 big apples
• 100 g Sugar
• 1 Lemon

Preparation steps

1. Pour the water and sugar into the thermomix bowl.
2. Set 10 minutes to 90° speed 1.
3. Peel and dice the apples.
4. Once finished, add the lemon juice and the apple pieces.
5. Mix again at speed 4 then gradually increase the speed for one minute.
6. You can serve as is by switching to chinois strainer
