Caipirinha Grapefruit
A different version of Caipirinha, to be tested absolutely!
Ingredients
- 9 cl Cachaça
- 4 tablespoons Sugar
- 1 small untreated grapefruit
Preparation steps
- Wash and cut the grapefruit in its width into several slices by removing the white part.
- Set a puck aside.
- Cut each slice into quarters.
- Put them in an old fashioned glass.
- Add the sugar.
- Pound with a cocktail muddler.
- Add some ice cubes.
- Pour the cachaça out.
- Stir with a spoon.
Decoration: Cut the remaining grapefruit ring into four pieces and place two rings in each glass.
