Quick smoothie to make and refreshing with grapefruit.
- 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 2 plain yogurt
- 80 g powdered sugar
- 2 grapefruits
- Peel and cut the grapefruit into quarters. (Keep a small piece for decoration)
- Add it to a blender with the remaining ingredients and a few ice cubes.
- Mix several seconds.
- Pour into smoothie glasses.
Decoration: Add a piece of grapefruit to the glass
