Dried Fruit Smoothie
A gourmet smoothie with a delicious mix of dried fruits, nuts and milk. It is a gourmet and nutritious drink that can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Dried apricots, pistachios and Brazil nuts are the main ingredients in this dried fruit smoothie.
Ingredients
- 2 Plain yogurt
- 4 tablespoons liquid cream
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 scoops pistachio ice cream
- 10 Dried apricots
- 20 g unsalted Brazil nuts
- 35 g shelled pistachios
- 35 g Pistachios, peeled and peeled
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
Preparation steps
- Add the vanilla and pistachio ice cream, crème fraiche, sugar, yogurt and dried apricots to a blender.
- Mix about ten seconds.
- Add the nuts.
- Mix again 3 seconds.
- Pour into large glasses.
