The Gavroche, a traditional cocktail based on red wine and blackberries, renowned for its sweet and fruity taste. It is served at dinners or parties and can be prepared easily using fruity red wine and blackberry cream that can be replaced by blackberry purée.

- 6 cl Red wine
- 2 cl Blackberry cream
- 3 Blackberries
Preparation steps

- Pour the blackberry cream and the red wine.
Decoration: Add a fresh blackberry.
