Godinette
Godinette is a cocktail based on white wine, calvados, blackcurrant cream and fresh raspberries. To prepare it, mix all the ingredients in a large container and let the mixture rest for 48 hours before serving. This cocktail is very popular for appetizers.
Ingredients
- 300 cl white wine
- 30 cl of Calvados
- 10 cl Blackcurrant cream
- 750 g Raspberry
- 300 g sugar
Preparation steps
- Add the raspberries and sugar to a large container.
- Let them macerate at least 1 hour.
- Pour in the white wine, calvados and blackcurrant cream.
- Stir with a large spoon.
- Cover and reserve at least 48 hours.
- Serve chilled in cocktail glasses.
