Italiano Raspberry Spritzer
A variation of the raspberry-based spritz! Elegant and gourmet, this cocktail will delight your taste buds!
Ingredients
- 7 cl Prosecco
- 4.5 cl Americano
- 2.5 cl Sparkling water
- 5 Raspberries
- 1 teaspoon of powdered sugar
- 6 Fresh mint leaves
Preparation steps
- In an old fashioned glass, add the raspberries, mint leaves and sugar.
- Grind very lightly with a cocktail muddler.
- Pour in all the ingredients.
- Add some crushed ice.
- Stir with a spoon.
Decoration : Add a head of fresh mint.
