  • 12 cl dry white wine
  • 2 cl violet cream
  • 4 cl Apple-raspberry compote

Preparation steps

  1. Add the white wine, cream of violet and compote to a glass.
  2. Add some crushed ice.
  3. Stir with a spoon.

    4. Decoration: Decorate with a lime slice
