Harmonious Duo of Milkshake: Strawberry and Chocolate
Embark on a sensory journey with this strawberry and chocolate milkshake. A delicious harmony of flavors, where rich chocolate meets fruity strawberry, separated into two halves in the same glass, crowned with fresh strawberries.
Ingredients
- For the chocolate part:
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 scoops of chocolate ice cream
- 50g of dark chocolate
- For the strawberry part:
- 200 ml of milk
- 2 scoops of strawberry ice cream
- 150g of fresh strawberries
- For the garnish:
- A few fresh strawberries
Preparation steps
- Start by preparing the chocolate part of the milkshake: In a blender, add the milk, chocolate ice cream, and dark chocolate. Blend until smooth and homogeneous. Reserve in the refrigerator.
- Rinse the blender, then prepare the strawberry part. Add the milk, strawberry ice cream, and fresh strawberries. Blend until smooth.
- Take a large transparent glass and gently pour half of the chocolate milkshake into it. Slightly tilt the glass and gently pour half of the strawberry milkshake to create a distinct separation between the two flavors.
- Garnish the top of the glass with a few fresh strawberries.
