Ingredients

  • 50 g coconut oil
  • 200 ml light whipping cream
  • 220 ml milk
  • 60 g Oreo cookies
  • 15 cl milk
  • 1 dose of 60% robusta and 40% arabica coffee blend
  • 1 Oreo
  • Chocolate shavings

Preparation steps

  1. In a saucepan, bring 220 ml of milk and 50 g of coconut oil to a boil, stirring until the oil is melted and well mixed with the milk.
  2. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Add 60 g of Oreo cookies and mix until they are fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Add 200 ml of cream and blend again.
  6. Pass the mixture through a funnel and a sieve to remove the biscuit pieces and achieve a finer texture.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.
  8. Pour the mixture into a 0.5 liter whipped cream dispenser (read your dispenser instructions for proper use).
  9. Prepare the latte coffee:
  10. Heat 15 cl of milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  11. Remove the saucepan from the heat and lightly whisk the milk to create foam.
  12. Carefully pour the milk into a tall transparent glass and let it sit for a few moments to allow the foam to separate.
  13. Compact the arabica-robusta blend in the filter of your espresso machine and pour water into the water tank.
  14. Position the glass under the portafilter and let the espresso drip slowly onto the milk.
  15. Wait a few moments for the layers to form in the glass.
  16. Add the Oreo whipped cream on top of the latte.
  17. Decorate with an Oreo and chocolate shavings.
  18. Enjoy your Café Latte Oreo!
