The London Mist is a short cocktail, perfect for a refreshing aperitif. This delicate blend of gin, Pernod, and still water creates a symphony of smooth and aniseed flavors, ideal for whetting your appetite.

Ingredients

  • 2 cl of gin
  • 4 cl of still mineral water
  • 2 cl of Pernod
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes

Preparation steps

  1. Place the ice cubes in a whiskey glass.
  2. Add the still water, Pernod, and gin in succession.
  3. Gently stir with a cocktail spoon.
